Patient Satisfaction

I had two letters this week, one from a very grateful patient, who listed every employee who had touched her in some way, and asked me to thank them. She couldn't have done a better job describing our mission and values. It was a wonderful letter and I wrote and thanked her for sharing the experience.

Campus Developments

This past week I had the opportunity to tour several projects which are nearing completion on our campus. The Patient Tower is almost complete and the new hallway off the lobby is now visible. The new surgical waiting room is being readied, and last week we held a thank you luncheon for the construction staff from Hayner Hoyt Corporation, our own facilities team, nursing staff and other partners to say thanks for all of the hard work. We expect to transition to this new space in September.
