Rich History in Our Own Neighborhood

St. Joseph’s has a unique organizational history in Central New York. Founded in 1869 by St. Marianne Cope, we still have elements of those early years found throughout the organization. Old corporate documents, a museum on campus that beautifully showcases our Sisters and St. Joseph's history, an original monument plaque dedicated to Dr. Roger Williams Pease from an earlier medical staff… and occasionally, we even find original piping when our facilities team starts digging!
