Since opening its doors in 1869, St. Joseph’s has stood for something special—a commitment to a higher level of care for all those in need, regardless of their background or circumstances.
To help further this mission, the Circle of Caring enables St. Joseph’s to provide enhanced patient comfort and care, and to keep our excellent staff at the forefront of the newest developments in technology and treatment.
Today, Central New Yorkers rely on St. Joseph’s more than any other hospital. And our commitment to excellence is nationally recognized - our cardiac, orthopedic and vascular services are among the best in the country.

Expanding the circle
When you join the Circle of Caring with an annual donation of $1,000 or more, you’re not only benefiting St. Joseph’s Hospital Foundation, but Central New York as well.
Your gift is vital to helping St. Joseph’s expand its reach to meet the growing needs of the community.

Membership in the Circle of Caring includes:
- Recognition in St. Joseph’s annual report
- Invitations to our annual St. Joseph the Worker Breakfast
- Prominent placement on the Donor Honor Roll in the hospital lobby
- A lapel pin identifying you as a community advocate for quality health care
Membership in the Circle of Caring runs from Oct. 1 through Sept. 30. Gifts that were received by Dec. 31, 2012 will be recognized in St. Joseph’s 2012 annual report.

An annual springtime fund-raising event, this black-tie-optional Gala offers an evening of dining and dancing to benefit special projects of St. Joseph’s Hospital Health Center.
2013 Gala: Cherry Blossom Gala (Giving Strength to Hope)
Friday, May 31 - Turning Stone Resort and Casino
Since its inception in 1992, St. Joseph’s Hospital's Gala Dinner Dance has raised more than $3.8 million to benefit hospital programs, including cardiac services, medical imaging, the college of nursing, operating rooms, dialysis services and the neonatal intensive care unit. Proceeds from the gala play an important part in St. Joseph’s ability to provide a higher level of care to our Central New York community.
Cherry Blossom Gala, St. Joseph’s Foundation’s 22nd annual Gala Dinner Dance — will be held on Friday, May 31, 2013, at the Turning Stone Resort & Casino.
Cherry blossoms in their beautiful pink blush, happiness and hope will be in abundance at St. Joseph's Hospital Foundation's 22nd annual Gala. Last year nearly 800 of you put on your favorite ball gown, or tux and tie, for the Gala. Sponsored by Central New York Infusion Services, LLC, the evening will feature dining and dancing to the live music of Atlas. Cocktails begin at 6:45 p.m. in the event center atrium, with dinner and dancing following at 8 p.m. in the main ballroom. Black tie is optional. Overnight accommodations are available every year at a discounted rate by calling 1-800-771-7711.
