SYRACUSE – St. Joseph’s Hospital Health Center will observe a milestone in its current construction project; the final beam will be hoisted onto the surgical suite portion of the structure this week.
On Friday, February 15, at 10 a.m., employees will gather to watch the crane install the final steel beam. Before the beam is hoisted, St. Joseph’s will take a moment to recognize and honor the local unions and workers on the project; representatives will sign the beam.
Media are invited to attend the event, which will take place along Prospect Avenue just down the road from the Emergency Services Building entrance.
Media contact at the event is Kerri Ganci.
