You are invited to join St. Joseph’s for its AWAKE program, a support program for sleep apnea patients and others who are interested in improving their health through a sleep support group. Meetings are quarterly, with the next planned for Wednesday, September 10th at 6:30 p.m. The free program takes place in the 5th floor conference room at NorthEast Medical Center in Fayetteville (4404 Medical Center Drive, off North Burdick Street).
The program features a presentation by Dr. Sherif El Bayadi, Pulmonary Health Physicians PC. He will speak about Winx – an alternative treatment for sleep apnea. Mary Jane Luke, RRT, of Franciscan Health Support will be available afterward for questions and to check CPAP machine pressures.
