It's Still Tobacco

Smokeless tobacco isn't a safe alternative to cigarettes. Every day, about 2,200 youths ages 11 to 19 try smokeless tobacco for the first time and 830 become regular users, according to the Society for Research on Nicotine and Tobacco. That increases their risk of developing mouth cancer, gum recession and teeth abrasion that can lead to tooth loss.
