How to Find Time to Exercise

  • Join a health club or gym near your home or work.

  • Get up a half hour earlier and exercise before work.

  • Set up workouts in advance; put them on your schedule.

  • Plan exercise dates with a friend or family member.

  • Find a routine you like, so you're likely to stick with it.

  • Don't put everyone else's needs above your own.

  • Walk part or all of the way to work or other destinations.
