Send a Baby Card to a Patient We are pleased to provide you
with internet mail service to our patients! We need the patient's name, hospital room
number (if known), physical address (to forward mail if the patient is already
discharged), and phone number. We also require your full name, physical address, phone
number, and e-mail address.
About Our E-mail a Patient Service:
Your message will be delivered by our Volunteers Services during normal business hours.
Note that delays in delivery may occur, primarily during weekends and holidays.
We make every effort to deliver your message promptly - but cannot guarantee
delivery. If a patient cannot be located, we will attempt to contact the sender; however,
this may delay delivery. If a patient has been discharged, we will attempt to
contact the sender. Undeliverable messages will be
discarded.
The E-mail-a-Patient service should not be used for confidential communications - it is
meant solely as a method of sending encouragement to patients in the hospital. Please do
not include information of a personal nature or include any medical or diagnostic
information. All messages are read and printed by our caring volunteers.
Inappropriate messages, including business solicitations or messages containing
offensive or obscene language, etc. will be discarded.
We can only receive messages at this time - and are not able
to provide a response back from the patient or provide outgoing e-mail services.
Patients may be contacted directly by telephone by calling the main switchboard
at (315) 448-5111.
Please read the terms of use
of this website.
