Patient Relations

St. Joseph's patient relations representatives provide information and support to patients and visitors, and assist with patient concerns and issues. To contact patient relations, call 448-5559 or send an e-mail to patient.relations@sjhsyr.org .

As part of our continuing efforts to “listen to the voices of those we serve, our sisters and brothers,” St. Joseph's is conducting focus groups to solicit feedback from patients and/or their family members.  These groups will meet periodically to discuss the patient experience related to various topics.  If you are interested in receiving more information about this, please email patient.relations@sjhsyr.org.
