Medical Office Centre Parking Garage
Parking is available in the Medical Office Centre garage, located at the corner of Union Ave. and N. Townsend St, across the street from the hospital. You may access the garage from an entrance on Union Ave. 24 hours a day.
Use the public elevators to access the Medical Office Centre and the hospital (sixth floor).

Maximum rate is $14.00 within 24 hours of receiving a garage ticket. Request a receipt from the garage attendant if returning to the garage within the 24 hour time period.
Payment for garage parking can be made using cash, checks or Visa and MasterCard. Patients or visitors using the garage for more than one week can obtain a reduced parking rate permit from Security in the hospital lobby. The flat rate of $5 per day will be charged upon exiting the garage.
Handicapped parking spaces are available on Levels 3 thru Level 7, adjacent to the elevator lobbies.
Garage clearance 7’ – 2” maximum height.
Valet Parking
For the convenience of our patients, family and visitors, valet parking is available at the hospital’s front circle weekdays, 5 am – 9 pm. Vehicles transporting patients to the hospital are charged a flat rate of $5 per visit.
Payments for parking via Valet can be made using CASH ONLY.
Hourly parking garage rates apply to visitors choosing to use the service.
Valet attendants are prohibited from driving any vehicles that have had modifications made to the steering columns or foot pedals.
Emergency Department & CPEP
Free short term parking is available for patients and visitors driving to theEmergency Services Building. The short term parking lot is located on N.Townsend St. adjacent to the Emergency Department entrance. Bring the ticket received at the parking lot entrance to Security located inside of the Emergency Department for validation.
Dental Office, Family Medicine or Kinney Drugs
This Garage Entrance is 101 Union Ave., adjacent to Kinney DrugsSelf-park, and pay for the length of time vehicle is in the garage.
Garage clearance: 6’ – 4” maximum height.
