SYRACUSE, N.Y.—  St. Joseph’s Health is pleased to welcome Hannah Walsh, FNP, to St. Joseph’s Physicians Primary Care – Fayetteville.

 
Walsh has been a registered nurse in the St. Joseph’s Health Hospital’s Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit since 2016. Prior to joining St. Joseph’s, Hannah spent a year in North Carolina as a registered nurse in the Medical Surgical Specialty Unit at Betsy Johnson Regional Hospital. She is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
 
“No matter what kind of nurse you are, the job is always about treating the individual patient with focused care to get the best outcome possible,” said Hannah. “Coming directly from an intensive care unit, I’m excited to use my skill sets to meet the needs of each primary care patient with the support of a highly skilled team.”
 
Hannah earned her Master of Science in Primary Care-Family Nurse Practitioner from St. John Fisher College’s Wegmans School of Nursing in Rochester. She holds a B.A. in Biology from Wittenberg University in Springfield, Ohio, and a B.S. in Nursing from the University of Rochester where she graduated Magna Cum Laude and was a member of Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing – Epsilon Xi.
