Your First Week

Welcome to St. Joseph’s Health!

All new colleagues will attend Day 1 on-site orientation. Orientation will be held from 8:00 am-10:30 am at St. Joseph’s Health. Depending on title (role), some colleagues will go to their department after orientation and some will finish up the work day from home with requirements that can be completed online. You will receive additional information on Day 1 of orientation regarding your personalized orientation schedule for the remainder of the week. During your first week of employment please plan on being available during the day Monday – Friday for your orientation unless otherwise discussed with your manager.

Any outstanding onboarding tasks must be completed in the first few days of employment, these tasks will be outlined in a checklist in your folder that you will receive on Day 1 of orientation.
