What to Expect in Your New Department

We want your first days in at St. Joseph’s Health to be as warm and welcoming as possible. A representative from your unit will be present during the first few minutes of Orientation to welcome you and provide any information you may need following Orientation.

Department orientation may consist solely of meeting your co-workers and showing you around your unit or as much as additional classroom instruction on department policies and procedures. If you have any questions about your first week of employment at St. Joseph’s Health, please contact your Human Resources recruiter.
