St. Joseph's Health Names Jordan D. Jennings Director for Acute Care Coordination
April 5, 2017Syracuse, NY – St. Joseph’s Senior Vice President for Operations, COO/CNO, AnneMarie Walker-Czyz, RN, Ed.D., NEA-BC, has announced that Jordan D. Jennings, RN, BSN, has been named Director for Acute Care Coordination for St. Joseph’s Health in Syracuse, New York. In his new role, Jennings is responsible for the planning, priority setting, coordination, implementation and evaluation of programs related to patient care coordination and throughput. As Director, Jennings will foster a commitment to continuous quality improvement by providing a coordinated system for evaluating patient care outcomes and quality measures.

Most recently, Jennings served as nurse manager in ambulatory surgery for St. Joseph’s Health. His experience also includes clinical nursing in the orthopedic specialties, and progressive management experience in orthopedics and substance abuse care. Prior to joining St. Joseph’s, Jennings served as a clinical supervisor at Crouse Hospital.
Jennings is a graduate of the Registered Nurse Program at Crouse Hospital and received his Bachelor’s in Nursing from Le Moyne College in Syracuse. He is currently pursuing a Master’s in Nursing Administration and Leadership at Roberts Wesleyan College.
