Message from the Chief of The Section of Urology at St. Joseph’s Hospital

On behalf of our department , I am pleased to welcome you to the Section of Urology at St. Joseph’s Hospital.   Our urologists are board-certified by the American Board of Urology, specializing in every area of adult urology, working closely with the St. Joseph’s community to provide the highest level of urologic care.

St. Joseph’s Hospital has pioneered robotic urologic surgery in Syracuse, performing  robotic  procedures since 2006 using the Da Vinci Robotic System.  We offer the most up-to-date, cutting-edge robotic and laparoscopic techniques for a variety of urologic cancers and reconstruction, including prostate cancer, bladder cancer, kidney cancer, and ureteral cancer.

We are pleased to offer minimally invasive techniques for the management of other urologic conditions as well, including BPH, urinary issues, incontinence, urinary tract reconstruction and stone disease.
