Margaret Gambee, Physician Assistant, Joins St. Joseph’s Physicians Cardiovascular Specialists

SYRACUSE – St. Joseph’s Health welcomes Margaret Gambee, MS, PA-C. to St. Joseph’s Physicians Cardiovascular Specialists. Ms. Gambee will see cardiac follow up, stress test, and device patients in the Brittonfield office in East Syracuse, New York. St. Joseph’s Physicians Cardiovascular Specialists team offers comprehensive cardiac services to the community including minimally-invasive procedures for eligible patients.

Gambee earned her Master of Science Physician Assistant degree from Upstate Medical University in Syracuse, New York, and she holds a Bachelor of Science from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy & Health Sciences in Pre-Medicine. Prior to joining St. Joseph’s Physicians, Gambee worked as a medical assistant for Hematology Oncology Associates of CNY in Syracuse, NY and as a home health aide in Tully, New York.

An avid volunteer, Gambee worked to bring the “Get Your Rear in Gear” race to benefit colon cancer research to the city of Boston, raising more than $100K. She also dedicated her time to the St. Joseph’s Health Pain Management Clinic.

Physician Assistant Gambee holds Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications.
