St. Joseph's Health Welcomes Physician Sarah Marsh
July 16, 2018SYRACUSE – St. Joseph's Health welcomes Sarah Marsh, MD, to St. Joseph’s Primary Care Center West in Syracuse where she will provide pediatric care to the patients of the practice.
“I’m excited to join the St. Joseph’s Primary Care Center staff and the Syracuse community,” said Marsh.
Prior to joining St. Joseph’s Health, Marsh worked as a pediatrician for Onondaga Nation Health Center, Onondaga Nation, New York. She also served as an assistant clinical professor in pediatrics and emergency medicine at Upstate Golisano After Hours, a pediatric urgent care center in Syracuse, New York.
Additional health care experience includes her role as an emergency medical technician at Boston Emergency Medical Services in Boston, Massachusetts, and a volunteer physician at Onondaga Nation Pediatric Walk-In Clinic in Onondaga Nation, New York.
Marsh holds a New York State physician license, is a certified Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) Provider, Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS) Provider and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) Provider. She is also a current member of the American Academy of Pediatrics and the American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.
Marsh earned her Doctor of Medicine from the University of Vermont College of Medicine in Burlington, Vermont, and her Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from Gordon College in Wenham, Massachusetts.
St. Joseph’s Primary Care Center West provides health care for people of all ages in one location. The center provides primary health care for adult, pediatric, OB/GYN, and Behavioral Health Care services and offers 24-hour physician coverage, seven days a week.
