St. Joseph's Receives $20 Million Grant

St. Joseph’s Health was grateful to be named today as the recipient of a $20 million grant from the State’s Essential Health Care Provider Support “Healthcare Delivery System Innovators” Program! St. Joseph’s would like to thank Governor Cuomo, Deputy Secretary Francis, NYS Health Commissioner Zucker and the New York State Department of Health, and the NYS delegation in CNY for this important award, and recognition as a New York State Health System Innovator.

This is the largest grant that St. Joseph’s has ever received, and will have a significant impact on the St. Joseph’s system of care by expanding community based care initiatives, particularly for the Medicaid population. This is significant to our patient population as St. Joseph’s continues its focus on transforming the delivery of health care in our region, advancing people-centered models of care and proactively managing the health of our community.
