I am only seen 2x yearly. But still have confidence that if needed I will be listened to and seen more frequently

Heather Adams is top notch. You can tell that she cares.
She demonstrates a caring way in her interactions. She also answers questions in a clear, easy to understand way. I never feel rushed! And, in the past when I've had to call, she has gotten back to me. Given the length of time I've been coming to the clinic, I am thankful she's available because I'll feel satisfied with the way I'm treated.
