The phlebotomist blew my vein when drawing my blood. This annoyed me a great deal. I don’t feel that she is skilled enough to be a part of the practice.

I came in with an infection in my hand and they all took care of my very welcoming. He gave medication for the infection and then had me come back several time times to check on it. At one point I had problems with itching really bad so he gave me medication for and it has helped a lot. He also gave me another antibiotic to cover the original one when it runs out.
