She took time to explain some concerns with me.
I was a bit late for the appt due to very inclement weather, she still saw me, still spent time with me, recommended a few proactive things to think about and helped me manage my timing in between visits with my Gyn provider and her practice -- tis a lot to track and she made it very easy and calming.
Madalyn was very personable, polite and respectful.

Good experience yesterday
After a horrible experience a few days earlier at another practice, I was very nervous coming to this practice. Madalyn exceeded my expectations and has renewed my faith in the Syracuse medical community
