After a horrible experience a few days earlier at another practice, I was very nervous coming to this practice. Madalyn exceeded my expectations and has renewed my faith in the Syracuse medical community

She even tolerated my grilling her about her background (Where are you from, where did you attend college, how do you become a PA?) with patience and a smile.
