Ms. DeFurio鈥檚 manner was kind, thoughtful, sensitive, her communication skill was soft spoken, articulate, turn-taking. She made adjustments when engaging me in a patient survey, responded clearly to my questions and related a personal anecdote with regard to a response I offered. She was knowledgeable, thorough, efficient without conveying a rushed affect. She was supportive in word and manner. She provided medical information regarding the results of my breathing tests to increase my understanding. It was a pleasant experience.
Mary DeFuria was excellent in reviewing my sleep study results and answered my questions. She discussed options with CPAP and how to move forward.
