Dr Planer and his staff are very knowledgeable and efficient. It's a pleasure to go there.
Overall he’s an excellent provider and I’m glad he’s my PCP. He takes good care of me and my husband and always makes me feel comfortable about discussing issues or concerns I have and treats me with respect and understanding as a fellow clinician.

I’m not sure who is supposed to get the prescriptions sent in/phoned in, but at this time and previous visit, I’ve had to chase up that prescription by physically going into the Health Center to get it sent in. The portal SHOULD allow me to message, but it does not and there are no links (of 5 options) to let me speak to someone about this type of issue when I call in

My only negative feedback about the this provider is the lack of availability. When sick there is almost Zero to no chance to be seen. The alternative before was I was seen by my old doctor when I was needed but rushed out with no peace of mind so understand the dilemma but somewhere in the middle would be nice

I think from the medical aspect Dr. Planer & Staff are great, I am just put off by being screened by a non medical phone operator not affiliated with the office and giving personal details to non staff members of my personal information.
