Just fantastic. I was there to establish care, but I also have an outstanding medical concern that needs to be addressed sooner rather than later, and I felt taken seriously across the board. Zakiya trusted what I was telling her about my own body, listened both to what I was and wasn't saying, and never made me feel like I was a problem for wanting help. I hope everyone is fortunate enough to have a provider who listens to them with the care that I was shown.
She has been very helpful & very knowledgeable to all my needs, especially considering she is not my full time Dr, but just filling in for Dr. Ramos
