Syracuse, NY — Syracuse Midwives has joined the St. Joseph’s Physicians Primary Care Center OB-GYN office at 101 Union Avenue, Syracuse. The highly regarded practice, founded by Linda Lovig, C.N.M., has helped hundreds of women have babies over the last 17 years.
“Linda Lovig and her colleagues have a long-standing relationship with St. Joseph’s Health Hospital, delivering babies here for a long time. We are excited that her practice has fully integrated with the hospital,” said Julianne Himes, chief executive officer for St. Joseph’s Physicians. “Midwives combine science and art. They provide tremendous support to mothers throughout the birthing experience and lower the incidence of C-sections.”
St. Joseph’s Physicians Primary Care Center OB-GYN provides women with the compassionate, supportive, personalized care they need as they go through life - from adolescence to post-menopause. St. Joseph’s Physicians Primary Care Center/OB-GYN is located on the hospital campus in the Physician Office Building at 101 Union Avenue, Suite 706. Parking is conveniently located across the street in the Medical Office Center.
