CNY AIM and Trinity Integrated Care were formed to allow for the provider community to work together in an integrated, cohesive, and coordinated way. This effort has recently been accelerated by the payer community. Governmental and commercial payers have indicated their willingness to shift to new reimbursement models that reward value and quality.
