Official Rules

Eligibility. This St. Joseph’s Health Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open to all natural persons who are legal residents of New York State, who are at least 18 years old at time of entry. Void outside New York state, in Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands, and other United States territories and possessions. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.
Sponsorship. The Sweepstakes sponsor is St. Joseph's Health (“Sponsor”), located at 301 Prospect Ave., Syracuse NY 13203. Sponsor and its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, successors, assigns, agents, representatives, officers, directors, shareholders, and employees, and any entity involved in the development, production, implementation, administration, judging or fulfillment of the Sweepstakes, including without limitation, the immediate family members of such individuals, are not eligible to participate. Sponsor will conduct the Sweepstakes substantially as described in these Official Rules.
Entry Period. This Sweepstakes begins on day of a concert when doors open at 5:00 PM EST and ends on at 7:00 PM EST of the same day (“Entry Period”). Entry is only open for two hours. The Sweepstakes will take place on premise, at St. Joseph’s Health Amphitheater, 490 Restoration Way, Syracuse NY 13209, on the following concert days 6/8/23, 6/15/23, 6/30/23, 7/1/23, 7/8/23, 7/16/23, 7/23/23, 7/29/23, 8/1/23, 8/3/23, 8/8/23, 8/11/23, 8/12/23, 8/16/23, 8/17/23, 8/18/23, 8/19/23, 8/24/23, 8/25/23, 9/1/23, 9/2/23, 9/13/23.
How to Enter. During the Entry Period, scan the QR code or visit the Sweepstakes registration page located on Sponsor’s website at www.sjhsyr.org/amp/nursesfasttrack and follow the instructions to electronically complete and submit the Sweepstakes entry form. You will be asked to provide basic contact information, including your name, phone number, and email address. (NOTE: You must complete all required fields of the entry form with information that is valid on the date of the drawing to be eligible). You understand you are providing your information to Sponsor and/or Administrator and acknowledge that by entering you are allowing St. Joseph’s Health to send you marketing communications. All entries become the property of Sponsor, and none will be acknowledged or returned.
Limitations on Entries. LIMIT ONE ENTRY PER ELIGIBLE PERSON PER EMAIL ADDRESS PER CONCERT. A person is eligible to enter if they are in the nursing profession in New York State. All winners will need to show their Nurse ID to claim the seat upgrade. No third-party entry or entry through any sweepstakes service is permitted. Any person who attempts or otherwise encourages the entry of multiple or false contact information under multiple identities or uses any device or artifice to enter or encourage multiple or false entries, as determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified. Use of robotic entry devices is strictly prohibited.
Prize. Each (1) Winner of each drawing (the “Winner”) will receive an upgrade for two (2) tickets to the concert that day at St. Joseph’s Health Amphitheatre, in Syracuse NY, on the date of each Entry Period winner has chosen to participate, as stated above, located in the pavilion. Selection of concert seat location is solely within Live Nation’s discretion. Parking, travel and accommodations not included and are the sole responsibility of winner and guest. Winner and guest must abide by all venue policies. Live Nation reserves the right to revoke full or partial prize from any winner or winner’s guest who it and/or venue personnel deem may, in their sole discretion, be intoxicated, be a safety risk, have violated any venue policy or law, and/or may bring Live Nation into disrepute. Resale of tickets is prohibited. By claiming tickets, you agree to Live Nation’s Terms of Use and to abide by the health and safety measures in effect at the time of your event. Should the event be cancelled, you will be notified as soon as reasonably possible. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted. The prize is nontransferable. No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by Winner is permitted. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for St. Joseph’s Health to use Winner’s name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising, marketing and trade without further compensation. Approximate Retail Value of each prize is: $800 USD.
Drawing. Winners will be selected at random from among all eligible entries collected during the Entry Period taking place on the day of the attended concert located at St. Joseph's Health Amphitheater, Syracuse NY by Live Nation. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor, whose decisions and interpretations on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes and these Official Rules are final and binding in all respects. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant or winner and may refuse to award a prize to a person who is not eligible or has violated a rule, gained unfair advantage in the Sweepstakes, or obtained winner status using fraudulent means. If winner is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with Sweepstakes rules, winner will be disqualified, and an alternate winner may be awarded the prize in a separate random drawing. Winner will be notified by text to the telephone supplied on the entry form. Inability of Sponsor to contact winner by telephone within 45 minutes after selection, may result in disqualification of winner and an alternate winner may be selected in a random drawing at Sponsor’s discretion.
Odds. The odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received, according to the eligibility requirements in the Sweepstakes.
General Terms. By entering this Sweepstakes, you promise to abide by the Official Rules and decisions of Sponsor, which will be final and binding in all respects. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse, disqualify or withdraw any entry at any time. By entering this sweepstakes all entrants are giving their permission for Sponsor to send marketing communications to you. Sponsor and Live Nation Worldwide, Inc. (“Live Nation”) will not be responsible for any injury, damage or loss of any kind arising out of your participation in the Sweepstakes. YOU AGREE TO RELEASE, DISCHARGE, AND HOLD HARMLESS SPONSOR, LIVE NATION and, each of their respective parent companies, successors, representatives, ITS AFFILIATES, SHAREHOLDERS, SUBSIDIARIES, EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AGENTS, AND ASSIGNS FROM AND AGAINST ANY OR ALL CLAIMS, LOSSES, INJURIES, OR DAMAGES RESULTING FROM PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES. Except where prohibited by law, by accepting prize, winner grants Sponsor a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use winner’s name, photograph, voice, and/or likeness without further authorization, compensation, or remuneration of any kind for advertising, promotion, and other publicity purposes in any and all media now or hereafter known throughout the world. Winner’s Name. To receive the name of the winners from each concert, where permitted by law, or for a printed copy of the Sweepstakes Official Rules, please contact Sponsor by email at marcomm@sjhsyr.org . WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY PERSON, WHETHER OR NOT AN ENTRANT, TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE, DESTROY, TAMPER WITH OR VANDALIZE ANY SPONSOR-OWNED WEBSITE OR MOBILE APPLICATION OR RELATED SOCIAL NETWORKING SITE, THE ENTRY PROCESS, OR OTHERWISE INTERFERE WITH OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES, MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND DILIGENTLY PURSUE ALL REMEDIES AGAINST ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Live Nation is not a sponsor of the Sweepstakes, and is in no way responsible for the administration of the Sweepstakes, the verification of winners or the fulfillment of prizing.
