Syracuse, NY (October 6, 2017) – St. Joseph’s Health announced that Christopher Jordan, MHA, RN has been appointed Administrator for Patient Care Services. Most recently, Jordan served as Director of Quality Resources for St. Joseph’s Health.

As administrator for patient care services, Jordan will manage the entire system for evaluating patient care services, outcomes and quality measures—including clinical transformation, emergency services, and behavioral medicine services.

Jordan earned his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Georgetown University, his Masters of Health Services Administration from George Washington University and is certified as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt His experience includes clinical nursing in trauma intensive care, and progressive experience in developing multi-disciplinary teams focusing on quality improvement, improving clinical outcomes, patient safety and regulatory readiness.
