recently had my first appointment with PA Abby McCarthy after my family doctor relocated, and I couldn’t be more impressed! As someone who works in healthcare, I understand how busy family practitioners are and how demanding their schedules can be. That said, I was truly surprised and pleased with the care I received. LPN Kelsey was incredibly professional and caring, making me feel at ease from the start. Then, PA McCarthy exceeded all my expectations. She gave me her full attention, listened carefully to all my concerns, and addressed every issue I’ve been dealing with for quite some time. She didn’t rush through the appointment and ensured I felt heard. Not only did she take the time to understand my situation, but she also initiated appropriate tests and treatments without delay. It’s rare to find such attentive and thorough care these days, and I’m so grateful to have found PA McCarthy and her team. I’m confident I’ve made the right choice for my healthcare moving forward!
