It is not the Dr’s fault. Policy needs to be changed regarding time spent with patients. Not just at Rome but at all other hospitals

The doctor and nurses were very good but someone goofed and did not send orders fbr blood work
Dr. Durso was very thorough and detailed our way forward. I feel very confident in his knowledge and ability.

Dr. D'Urso went so far as to draw a diagram to further explain things to me so I was able to fully understand my diagnosis.
At times I wasn't done answering a question and another one was asked. There was no asking about certain things that I felt could have been contributing. No asking about any anxiety, stress, caffeine intake reflux. None of those questions were asked, which I felt I expected to be asked when I have been experiencing chest pain and palpitations.

Dr. D'Urso is an excellent Cardiologist and a very caring person.
Again, seems like a great/nice/knowledgeable provider but slowing things down a tad bit could help the patient feel more confident in the care given.
Receptionist/NP did an amazing job with me despite the Doctor’s attitude and behavior towards me. All other staff besides the doctor were professional and respectful. The doctor was not respectful, courteous, understanding, did not take time with me and explain the options.
