Dr. Telonis & staff are great. But practice needs to be more accessible. To patients when they need to be seen for a sick visit. I was sick last month. Was told they were overbooked go to Urgent care. I did & was not satisfied. Was still sick a week later. Was told I couldn’t be seen that day again. I told the girl I was still sick Nothing she could do. She did call me 20 min later with an appt which I appreciated. The office was empty when I got there. But maybe people were in rooms. Office should leave some openings to see pt on a sick call basis.

Dr. Telonis has always been open to the fact that I am not always receptive to a lot of medications. He has guided me as to what else I can use with certain aspects of my health. I have always believed that physicians should have a broader knowledge of other ways to treat some issues. He lets me choose how to be treated, and gives me the information I need to do so.

The medical office has good follow-up in making timely appointments, asking correct questions about my health and life style for Wellness.
The Cicero practice group itself is very good to work with. The centralization of services has not been helpful, the inability to contact my office directly is very frustrating. Fortunately, I live close to the practice and can visit in person to avoid having to deal with centralized switchboard.
