Good bedside manner
The provider was very caring and explained everything I had done so I knew exactly what was happening.
Dr Kahn was thorough in his examination of my leg. He was explicit and very clear in what he saw. He also was concerned enough to text my orthopedic surgeon with his findings immediately after seeing me in the examination room. I am so grateful for Dr Kahn’s explanations to me and my brother who was with me but I am also very thankful that he cared enough to help me as he did!

The only problem we have had is getting them to order our supplies. We either do not get any dressings at all or we get the wrong ones.

The only issue I had with my visit was the time I spent waiting for the doctor in the examination room. Otherwise I was completely satisfied with the appointment.
I waited in a room for almost 1.5 hours.
This aspet of my medical care needs has been phenominal!
