Everyone, including reception was kind and courteous. A top notch office. I feel very comfortable with my child having surgery under this physicians care.
It appears that you may need to book less appointments to reduce waiting time
Dr. Harris was very kind and listened to me about my ear /throat problems

The woman who schedules surgery was very kind and helpful and made me feel heard as a parent when scheduling was tough.
He explained things very well and even offered to write it down for me. He was kind and put me at ease, I would want to have him as a provider again.

Dr Harris was very informative and answered all our questions. He spent as much time as was necessary for us and did not rush things.

The wait was about 70 minutes.
The doc was wonderful, however the lobby waiting room is not acceptable. There is far too many people crammed into a small space.
Waited almost an hour and half before even having doctor come into the room.
Great. I was able to express his concerns comfortably.
Have referred several people from Binghamton to him and they think very highly of him also.
Dr. Harris did a great with the surgery. It couldn’t of gone any better.
Dr. Harris is an Excellent physician. I did feel uncomfortable with so many people in the waiting room without masks.
Dr Tucker was incredible with my son and spent more time than I expected going over options and expectations. He was very thorough and attentive, listened to our concerns.
It was a great appointment. My daughter liked that she was able to choose a prize from the prize box at the end of the appointment. I liked how the doctor asked my daughter if she had any questions and asked her about how she was feeling and more about her too.

I thought he was just super compassionate, and was gentle with his exam. I felt that he provided a very knowledgeable explanation that both my husband and I could understand.
Dr Harris has the kind of personality and bed side manor added with deep knowledge on the subject matter and a way to communicate it in a way that eases someone’s mind .
I just wish he had been more prepared since I went out of my way to drive all the way from school for this appointment, only to hear that he doesn’t know yet what to do to help me, or explaining that I could just “live with” my problems.
Was taken to his offuce itself on time. Waited an hour to actually see him. Only to spend 5 minted fior a letter. I am more upset about the wait time. Anf while they don't have to explain should have respected me enough after waiting an half an hour to say something. Other than me searching them out.
My daughter said she really likes her new doctor :)
It did take quite a while to be seen but I assumed it was because Dr Harris was taking his time with his patients.

Dr. Harris made eye contact and was truly engaged the whole time we spoke. He was professional and still affable in conversation. He went the extra mile to work within my ins. needs.

This doctor made me want to get a second opinion. I felt confused, shocked and let down after this appointment, rather than feel relief at having a diagnosis I could understand or agree with. The notes this doctor provided after the appointment also seemed fabricated, as he never performed 98% of the exam he said he did.
