He is very good at listening and verifying info that I submit. He takes time to explain thing, and tries to help with the expensive meds.
Dr Sun is very caring and the effective medications to resolve the lung infection i have been battling for the last 5 months and 2 hospitalizations.
I felt rushed when talking with Dr. Sun. Even with my hearing aids, I had trouble understanding him and had to keep asking him to repeat what he said.

On Time seeing me
Dr is difficult to understand at times and seems like he is rushing to the next patient.
I was all set up & waiting for the video call as instructed but got a phone call instead. The doctor speaks very fast & I have a very hard time understanding him. When he does ask a question I don’t get enough time to really process what he says before he expects an answer.
Dr Sun was extremely professional, took time to listen to my concerns and was very personalble. I would HIGHLY recommend him!!

The Dr got a little upset with me when I asked him to tell me how to take the medicine he was giving me. He started screaming it. Other than that visit was good.
