Ms. DeFurio’s manner was kind, thoughtful, sensitive, her communication skill was soft spoken, articulate, turn-taking. She made adjustments when engaging me in a patient survey, responded clearly to my questions and related a personal anecdote with regard to a response I offered. She was knowledgeable, thorough, efficient without conveying a rushed affect. She was supportive in word and manner. She provided medical information regarding the results of my breathing tests to increase my understanding. It was a pleasant experience.
Mary DeFuria was excellent in reviewing my sleep study results and answered my questions. She discussed options with CPAP and how to move forward.
Appreciate her thoroughness and explanations to my concerns…she was great!!!
