St. Joseph’s Health Expands Ear, Nose and Throat Services with New Liverpool Office at North Medical Center

SYRACUSE, N.Y.— St. Joseph’s Health is pleased to announce the expansion of its Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT) services with the opening of a new office at North Medical Center, 5100 W. Taft Road in Liverpool, extending access to specialized otolaryngology care for patients and families throughout Central New York.

 

The practice's original ENT location will continue to serve patients at Northeast Medical Center in Fayetteville, providing convenient access to care on both the east and west sides of the Syracuse region.

 

The expanded ENT program features a team of experienced physicians, including Dr. Haidy Marzouk, Dr. Tucker Harris, Dr. Robert Kellman and Dr. Benjamin Liba, along with the addition of Dr. Tazheh Kavoosi, further strengthening the practice's ability to meet growing patient demand for comprehensive ear, nose and throat services for children and adults.

 

The new Liverpool location reflects St. Joseph’s ongoing commitment to improving access to high-quality specialty care and ensuring patients can receive the services they need closer to home.

With the addition of a second office location and an expanded medical staff, the practice will be better positioned to reduce wait times, offer greater scheduling flexibility and improve access to both routine and advanced ENT care.

 

Patients at both locations will have access to a broad range of ENT services, including the diagnosis and treatment of conditions involving the ears, nose, throat, sinuses, head and neck, delivered by a team dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.

 

Current patient, Christina Schiefer, was the first to transfer to the new office, as it’s more convenient to her home.

 

“I’m feeling extra excited today,” she said. “There’s something so special about walking into a brand-new doctor’s office and getting to say I was their very first patient! I’m wishing the physicians so much success as they start this new chapter.”

 

Another patient, Sarah Matis, agreed. “It’s exciting to be able to have better and easier access to my doctor when needed,” she said. “There are more opportunities to help myself and others with any medical issues.”
