My husband and I were extremely happy with our annual Wellness Exam!
I just moved to Syracuse and can say Dr Tillman is the best Primary Care I have had in over 35 years.
Dr. Tillman listens and comprehends the patient's needs.

My first visit went very well
Gave me all the information I needed during my appointment
Had a problem with scheduling the blood draw (the wrong dcotor was liste with the original order). Did the blood draw on the same day as the doctor visit. All's well that ends well.

Dr Tillman is one of the best doctors I have ever had. She listens to me and explains the results on my blood work and will answer any and all questions that I have
Nurses and others were very attentive to helping with my pharmacy. The person who drew blood samples was the best i have ever had. No bleeding, no bruising and a tiny dote of blood when i removed the bandaid

The doctor makes appropriate referrals but the referral department needs additional staff to reduce the wait time.
As i said, i really like dr tillman. But the wait for my appt was unacceptable. Also the staff needs to respond more quickly to portal requests. Over the summer i went without critical BP med for 4 days bc my multiple portal msgs and phone calls for a refill was not taken care of timely

Makes sure she completes all concerns before leaving the room
I appreciated that Dr. Tillman was willing to see me in lieu of a tele-med visit. She took time to review her prescribed medication and show me the option if my insurance didn't cover the large difference in cost to avoid paying the high cost.
She seems to work well with her physician. I hope she is assigned to me next visit.
1 hour wait in exam room was excessive.

I would very much like a better effort is made to stay on time with a scheduled appointment. In the absence of an emergency or an unavoidable delay (i.e. other patients being late and it creating a domino effect for the remainder of the day...if it did) there is no reason to not be on time.
