My experience with my provider Dr. Tillman is always a very good one. She always takes the time to listen to my concerns.

Sometimes I feel like my health concerns are very minor. Dr. Tillman recognized my concerns and addressed each problem. Dr. Tillman gave good advice, referrals, and gave me confidence in handling health issues.
She is great!
If there is one small thing that needs improvement, I would flag the wait time once you are in an exam room. That I can feel a little awkward but it is offset by the time that the care providers spend with you when it is your turn. I know now to take my knitting and not schedule anything right after my appointment.

This provider is excellent! However, I don't feel the physicals are as complete as in the past with previous providers. I asked about this and was advised it was based on insurance limitations.
My visit with my provider was good as always.

Dr. Tillman helped me with two recent medical issues and got to me another specialist to rule out any further trouble. I’m grateful for her diligence.

I love my Dr. Abigail Tillman, MD she's caring and listens to your concerns. It would be sad for me me if I have to go somewhere else because of insurance issues and with St. Joseph. I have Excellus Insurance and even though I don't have a car to get to my appointment. I either take a bus or take the call a bus. Just to come see my Provider Dr. Abigail Tillman
Dr Tillman replaced Dr Feldman. i f Ihave it right....& she's a great provider from my view.....pleas try to keep her !
Efficient
It is me that has problems to speak right. Sometimes they are fantastic and very nice to me. And they listened, but I forgot to let them know my neck. And my knees hurt so bad. I really need someone to to get another appointment where they can put needles in my knees and in my neck. They hurt so bad, forgot to tell her that I'm having such a hard time walking.
Dr Tillman is nice but the office is very hard to get an appointment with. I need blood tests and now have to go to an alternate location to do so. Much rather have them done in the same location. Then I was told dr was booked but she squeezed me in, and not even at a time convenient for me. I have to leave work early just to be squeezed in.
Need Trinity Health to finalize a contract agreement with Excellus Blue Cross/Blue Shield to be able to continue with this provider.
I would love to have a physical since I haven't had one in ten years plus. Otherwise for the major portion of the evaluation, she is excellent.
I rated the hand washing question a zero because I was not examined. My blood pressure and blood oxygen were taken and hands were not washed to my knowledge in advance.

Always listens to my questions and concerns, asks about developments with my ongoing specialist's care and any developments. Talks with/too and lustens as if we've known each other for years, very comforting especially since last last primary care provider was my cousin and dr for about 30 years
Only concern is that I had mentioned something to the Nurse, but she never mentioned it or even looked at the knee that was bothering me
Dr. Tillman was terrific. Even when I turned the appointment in another direction than she was anticipating, she responded calmly and professionally taking the time to meet my needs. Most appreciated.
