We had difficulty with my Blood Glucose monitor and the staff took care of it right away
He clearly shows concern for my wellbeing.
Dr Tsai and staff (Patty especially) really care. Their concern is genuine and I really appreciate them. Any way you can, please make their life easier as they are special to us patients.
I am lucky that Dr. Tsai was able to accept me as a patient when my previous doctor retired.

When I first sat down I was called in almost immediately .I was surprised like wow that was quick so she gets me in a room and asks tell me about the pain your having..I never said anything about any pain all I mentioned at the front desk was a slight cough.. they had me confused with another patient
