Dr McNany is a very caring woman who goes above and beyond with me. Which proves to me that she cares about my health and well being.
My appt was at 10:00. And I did not leave there until 11:30. Longwait
my only concern is that I talk too much
I consider Dr.McNany to be the ideal family physician. She's very competent across a wide area of issues, explains things clearly, shows genuine concern in me as a person not simply a "patient" and refers to specialists when appropriate.
Dr. McNany always is courteous, informative, friendly. She asks several times if there are any questions, any parts of the exam I am unsure about. She explains what her recommendations are and why she is making them. She seems to genuinely care about me.

Scheduling is unacceptable. I was supposed to be seen in January; called to make appt mid-Nov…no openings. Called Dec 1st & got an appt for Feb 12th. Scheduling needs corrected.

I realize that health care is experiencing unsettling times and many places are having staffing challenges that create many issues for the Providers and staff. This practice is doing their best to not let their patients experience this. New staff take a while to adjust to be up and running proficiently. I wish all patients understood this. Thank you!
