As I've said before, Dr McNany is not only a good doctor, and, she knows what she doesn't know and finds the correct answer/solution.
MOst important for any physician, aside from knowledge, are good listening skills and knowing what one doesn't know. Dr McNany fits that despcription.

I am thankful to have Dr. McNanny taking care of my self and my family. She has helped us all on array of health and mental health. My whole family respect her and feel very comfortable with her. If there is anyway Trynity and Excellus could work out an agreement it would put my mind at ease. To switch providers absolutely breaks me. Especially right now when my family needs help now. I am hoping this can be resolved. We have all relied on everyone’s care that we have received over the years.
