The medication switch wasn’t explained as clearly as it should have. And I asked a question concerning the seriousness of the diagnosis, however, that wasn’t clear either. Lastly, I asked if it could contribute to the discomfort in my arm and that definitely wasn’t addressed as it should have been.

I don't know why I even go here. The doctor hasn't told me there is anything wrong with me other than the heart murmur I already knew I had. And besides that I can't understand what he says!

I'm very disappointed with the difficulty I have had getting the results from the heart monitor I had on in August and just getting the results. I informed Dr. Roc back in May that I wanted to see about getting an ablation done and nothing got done all summer.

Most of the time I spend communicating with this office is with the receptionist or the nurse. There is little or no communication with the doctor. Or licensed practitioners.
