Haven’t received my Dexcom yet it’s supposed to come in the mail. I’m keeping an eye out for it.

I did a telemedicine visit. My appointment was at 11:30 and I never got a call until 12:08. I think a little more respect if peoples time. I can see a 10 to 15 minute wait but 40 is unacceptable

I have been with Dr Brown for many years, and I hope for many more. I always have friendly experiences, and this last visit was very timely on visit day. Not sure why it's so hard to get an appt, I had to go to urgent care for a bone issue because the office said there was no appt for over a month.

It was a very good experience. My call was directed from the front desk to a triage nurse to Dr. Brown’s nurse. Because they had no appointments available until next February they originally thought I would be having a Tele visit but learning of my problem realized it was not a good candidate for that. They were able to fit me in the next day. My problem requires surgery so I was referred to a surgeon. I rarely go to the doctor because I know how overbooked and shortstaffed they are but when I go it is usually for a very good reason and I am always treated with professionalism and kindness

I guess when You get to a certain age appointments change. The nurse who triaged me was very nice and asked pertinent questions. Doctor seemed rushed and really did not listen to me. Listened to my heart and left. This was supposed to be a physical exam.
I don't give referral or recommendations out for any products or service to any family or friends. In the majority of times, I'm relatively comfortable with my provider. I don't usually rate 10's as there is somethings that can't always use changes or improvements between provider and client. I have been asked if I would like a primary care physician from another medical facility and have always said no to this inquiry as I like location and ease to get in and out of the facility. No plans for any immediate changes. to
