The office was always clean, kept up well, and we were always seen in a timely manner. The front desk staff were so kind and all the nurses were so sweet. I’d also like to add that all questions we submitted through MyChart were answered quickly as well as any phone voicemails we left with medical questions. I always trusted that they would get back to me which was comforting!

I have been with Dr. Julie Colvin, going on 24 yrs., now ! I couldn’t ask for a Better Doctor in the whole World ! Any problem or Sickness , I ever had, She was there for me over 100 percent ! She takes Care of my Husband, She took Care of my Son & Family, until they moved out of State ! I’ve sent Friends & they’re Families too her as Patients ! If they’re was anyone You ‘d want too take Care of You, You definitely would have it be Dr. Colvin, always !

Provider had a Medical Student Trainee shadowing visit (with my approval). This student looked into long-term trends in my patient chart for one result of my blood test (slightly high lymphocytes consistent over time). Med Student discussed possible causes with me; listened to my causal theories; presented info to Dr. Colvin ... resulting in a possible referral to a specialist to get some modest exam or testing done. This close attention to a detail in my blood work is much appreciated!!

She explains what she plans on doing ahead of time and I can tell she took my feedback into account from the last few surveys I have completed, which means a lot to me. People don't always take feedback constructively but she has and I am very grateful for that. It shows that she cares about the comfort of her patients.
I only gave a nine because I believe no matter how good you are at what you do there's always room for improvement.

I think Dr. Colvin has the best of intention when it comes to the medication, but antidepressant’s are an extremely stressful idea for parents who understand what it could potentially do if they are the wrong chemical combination.
