I was there for a post hospital visit and unfortunately the hospital didn't send my records to the doctor. So poor Dr Hoban had to fly blind when it came to figuring out what to do with me from here. So the fact that I graded that one particular question about getting care as a not so good was not at all his fault, it had nothing to do with him or his care it was the fact that the hospital didn't provide him with the information that he needed.

I had to wait 45 minutes to see the doctor in the patient room
My experience with the provider was great! However, my experience with the reception desk was poor. Reception desk needs more training on how to use computer. Also, I always receive mail from this office past scheduled appointments and CT Scans etc., most times the mail is not sealed. I’ve received opened letters regarding sensitive information never sealed from this office.
I was very pleased with Dr. Hoban. He listened to everything I had to say and responded respectfully and with such a great amount of knowledge. I felt like I was in the best hands after leaving the office!
