She gave me several good suggestions on ongoing care- exercises for Upper body strength & better posture. Concern over pain in my shoulders. Which she diagnosed as arthritis. Not serious rotator cuff issue. And if I still had pain she could refer me to PT or have X-Rays.
She is attentive and I feel she truly cares about me.

I find Olivia to be extremely thorough and engaging. She absolutely makes you feel listened to and that is really important. She not only addressed the reason that I came in for but also gave me a couple of referrals for other issues that I was having with pain in my hands and my anxiety.
