Dr. Lalley-Demong has a very comforting/caring manner in her interactions with me. She is attentive, thorough, and always seems to take whatever time is needed to conduct my check-up and answer any questions I may have. She has good follow-up and advocates for me with my insurance carrier when necessary.
Dr Lalley was very personable and worked to resolve my issues. She is an expert in her field and is worth the 2-hour travel time to attend my appointment.

Even though I haven’t been there in a few years, she didn’t yell at me or raise her voice that I should’ve been here she understands you she listens to what you say or to what I say and I appreciate that in the past I have had doctors that just because things have happened that I had to change the appointment and he was upset that’s why I changed doctor.
