Visitor and Patient Support Person Guidelines:
- Office Appointment: Two (2) support people may accompany patient.
- Infusion Center: One (1) support person may accompany due to limited space.
Visitor/support person must be age 16 or older.
Visitor Courtesy:
- Please do not come with patient if you are sick, recently had been sick with a cold or flu or have cold or flu- like symptoms (cough, sore throat, fever 100.4 or greater).
- Please wash and/or use hand sanitizer before and after entering a patient’s room.
- You may be asked to leave the room during patient examinations.
- Please do not wear strong smelling cologne or perfume.
