Dr. Kellman was extremely accommodating in explaining the procedure and process in terms that made it simple to understand. He was patient and receptive to any and all my questions and concerns.

I waited an hour from the time of my appointment to be placed in a room. It was clear from the beginning he didn't want to do surgery, minimized my complaints because they weren't "as bad" as other patients, interrupted me when I sought clarification on something he was saying, seemed irritated because I had questions or needed clarification. He had not looked at my scans, knew nothing about sleep apnea being reason I came to practice to begin with, no paper or pen to write down name of product he was recommending, I feel if I had told him

Dr. Kellman told me i had to be off Sinex for at least 2 months in order to be considered for surgery. As it was, i had to wait 4 months to get in to see him from the time i saw Anna Hsu. I had specifically told her that I was using nasal spray products, and that I had to be using Flonase for 2 months instead. Why didn't SHE give me that information?? If i had known this, I would have stopped using Sinex and begun Flonase THEN. I feel like this sets me back to a significant degree, and I am not happy about it. Dr. Kellman was very helpful and gave me a lot of information. Nevertheless, I have to wait another significant period of time before I can be treated and begin to improve my medical situation.
