Your First Week

Welcome to St. Joseph’s Health!

All new colleagues will attend Day 1 on-site orientation. Orientation will be held from 8:00 am-10:30 am at St. Joseph’s Health. You will receive a lunch break after orientation then return back for our Trinity Health Culture Experience from Noon-2:30 pm.  This will conclude your first day.

You will receive additional information on Day 1 of orientation regarding your personalized orientation schedule for the remainder of the week. During your first week of employment please plan on being available during the day Monday – Friday for your orientation unless otherwise discussed with your manager.

Any outstanding onboarding tasks must be completed in the first few days of employment, these tasks will be outlined in a checklist in your folder that you will receive on Day 1 of orientation.
