The Northeast Medical Outpatient Behavioral Health  office is located in the Northeast Medical Building, located at 4100 Medical Center Dr. Suite 502, Fayetteville, NY 13066

Services offered at this site include; children, adolescent and adult assessment, individual therapy, medication visits and MD consults.

The office is staffed by both Children and Adult therapists, a Psychiatric nurse practitioner and Clinical Coordinator and Patient access representative.

The office is open Monday, Thursday and Friday, 8:30AM-5:00PM, and Tuesday and Wednesdays; 8:30AM- 8:00PM.
