Mobile Crisis Outreach
Person-centered, compassionate crisis support—where and when you need it most.
St. Joseph’s Health’s Mobile Crisis Outreach program is here to help children, adolescents, and adults experiencing a mental health crisis. Our multidisciplinary team includes licensed social workers, registered nurses, certified peer specialists, and crisis staff working under the guidance of psychiatrists at our Comprehensive Psychiatric Emergency Program (CPEP).
As part of the CNY Crisis Network, our goal is to de-escalate crisis situations, avoid unnecessary emergency department visits, and reduce the need for law enforcement response.
Telephonic support services are available 24/7, with in-person visits 7 days a week 7am to 7pm.
